To place an order on Propper.com, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the desired product page and add select products one at a time.
2. Use the matrix field on each product page to add multiple sizes and colors at a time.
3. Enter SKU’s one at a time in the ’My account’ section.
4. For large orders, a .csv file can be uploaded in the ’My account’ section. This can be done by downloading the correct CSV file format from the 'Quick Order' section, updating the CSV file on your computer with SKUs and corresponding quantities, and then uploading it back on the site.
5. After adding items to the cart, review the order to confirm all products and quantities are correct. Modify the shopping cart if necessary, and then place the order.

Propper.com accepts various payment methods. Once the desired items are added to the cart and the order is reviewed, the payment can be made. The original payment method will be credited once the qualifying return is received and processed. Shipping and handling fees are deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 15 business days from receipt of returned items for refunds to post. Propper.com has a customer-friendly return policy. If not satisfied with a purchase, an eligible item can be returned hassle-free with proof of purchase within 30 days of product receipt. New, unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned free within 30 days of product receipt. All Clearance items and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Once a qualifying return is received and processed, Propper will credit the original payment method (less shipping and handling fees) and notify the customer via email. Please allow 10 business days from receipt of returned items for refunds to post.

For exchanges, follow the Returns steps and place a new order. The new order will be shipped immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once the return is received and processed, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.

As for the shipping policy, Propper offers free shipping on all orders more than $99. This offer is valid for UPS SurePost service within the contiguous United States. Upgraded shipping is available for an additional fee. Some restrictions apply such as shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico addresses are not eligible for this offer and may incur additional charges. Propper ships according to the table rates listed on their website. Please note orders cannot be picked up from the distribution center. For shipping rates on orders over $5,000, please email customerservice@propper.com for a quote. Propper offers shipping to Canada and Mexico through the following providers at these flat rates: Canada: UPS $29.95, Mexico: USPS Priority International $42.95. Please note that the $8.95 flat rate shipping option is no longer available. Carts under $99 will now be shipped via UPS at a live rate. UPS Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond control can occasionally delay or disrupt UPS services. Refusal to accept the order will result in either a partial or no refund as Propper will have to pay for shipping and fees back to its warehouse. Free shipping on orders over $60. Upgraded shipping is available for an additional fee. Propper does not currently ship outside of the U.S., Canada or Mexico.
